We’re pretty sure you’ll be very happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason this is not the case, you have 30 days to return the product.

What does it mean?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the official purchase date and you will be entitled to a full refund. Submit your request via the contact form on the website. Be sure to include your phone number and the reason for the return in your letter.

Return procedure

After the letter has been sent, you will receive a return receipt, which will describe the return procedure. Please note, for returns, the product must be in the original packaging, unused and returned in the condition in which you received it. The product may, of course, have been removed from its packaging and returned for inspection. If the product is damaged, you may not receive 100% compensation. If you would like to return the product under warranty, please check our warranty conditions.

Check your shipment

Check your shipment immediately after delivery. If the product is damaged, incorrectly delivered or missing, please contact customer service at info@childsupply.ee within 48 hours.

Return costs

The cost of the return is borne by the customer. We are not responsible for items sent to us in error or which do not reach us. In order to avoid potential problems, we recommend the use of courier services that allow the tracking number of the shipment.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the product, follow the return procedure described above. You can then place a new order online.

How and when will the money be refunded?

The refund will depend on the payment method you choose and will be made within 14 days from the date of registration of the refund. We reserve the right to extend the 14-day period if the product has not reached us following the procedure described above. Our team will inform you of any delays.
