Orders placed and paid for (payment received in ChildSupply’s bank account) before 1:00 PM on business days are generally delivered on the second business day, or according to the delivery time stated on the product page. Delivery to islands may take up to 3 business days. Backordered products typically have a delivery time of 14 business days.

The buyer has the right to submit claims to ChildSupply for any product that does not comply with the contract terms within two years from the date of delivery. A claim must be submitted without delay, but no later than two months after the defect is discovered.
