We started children’s products because we want to make it easier and safer to raise children. 2021. In the summer of 2009, we came up with Leclercbaby products. Living in both VĂ”ru and Tallinn, we needed a compact and comfortable trolley. Travelling abroad, we discovered Dutch pushchairs, which were very popular with young parents. We wanted a Leclerc trolley in particular, but we also brought them to other Baltic mums.
We interact daily with the Leclercbaby team, whose product technologists always keep the brand one step ahead. When one of the LeclercBaby developers, Rob, moved on at one point to join the team at German brand Avova, we ordered 2 Avova car seats, the Sora Fix and the Sperber-Fix 61, as a trial. We stumbled upon the game changer chairs by chance! Avova is one of the last manufacturers of safety chairs to leave its production, including German quality, to Europe. Made in Ulm, the chairs are as Germanically safe as they are moulded to the last detail.
In 2022, we visited the children’s fair in Cologne. It was quite an adventure, we flew there with a 5-month-old baby. The world’s first six-in-one pram, The Jiffle Wagon, caught the eye of visitors at the fair. Of course, The Jiffle also won the prestigious Innovation Award at the fair for its novelty and quality. We hadn’t seen a pram like this before either. Since we needed a full-size stroller for both of us to be together, we bought The Jiffle Wagon. And… we brought her to the Baltic States for other mothers.
2023. In June 2008, we opened a Leclercbaby showroom in NÔmme, where everyone has been able to see and buy our three brands.
Something was still missing from our portfolio – a quality and affordable trolley aimed at the average Estonian parent. ABC Design is the newest brand in our range, but well known in Germany for over 30 years. We share the same values as the manufacturer – good customer service, affordability and high quality. The company, which has the largest market share in Central Europe, has produced and developed pushchairs, baby products, dining chairs and safety chairs. The brand covers a full third of the German market. ABC Design is the Audi of children’s accessories – a high quality product developed in detail in Germany.
