  1. ChildSupply OÜ will ship the products after payment of the invoice.
  2. The sales contract is deemed to be concluded upon receipt of the advance payment due according to the order confirmation in the current account of ChildSupply OÜ.
  3. After the sales contract has entered into force (payment of the advance payment invoice by the Buyer), ChildSupply OÜ bundles the order and hands it over to the company’s logistics partner for delivery.
  4. Orders placed and for which the advance payment has been received in the ChildSupply bank account before 13.00 on working days will be delivered to the Buyer on the next working day or according to the delivery time indicated on the product card.

4.1 On the islands, delivery may take up to 3 working days.

4.2 In the event that for any reason the shipment is delayed, ChildSupply Customer Support will agree with the Buyer a suitable delivery time.

  1. To ensure a smooth delivery, the Buyer must carefully check the information entered for delivery.
  2. From 100€, delivery is free of charge in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).

6.1 From 100€ the delivery of products to Finland is free of charge, except for international parcels up to 20 kg.

  1. The Buyer can find more detailed delivery options and the price list on the website www.hummy.ee by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” icon.
  2. Door-to-door” transport means that the Buyer arranges the collection and delivery of the goods to the premises.

9.1 Couriers are not obliged to call in advance.

  1. Products damaged in transit, but not the product packaging, will be replaced to the Buyer.
  2. ChildSupply shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Products where the Products have been delivered to the logistics partners on time but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond ChildSupply’s control or foreseeable.
